ABOUT ME

From a very young age, I was deeply sensitive to the unseen. I often felt a heaviness in my environment, as if I were being watched or tuned into something I couldn’t yet name. At the time, it manifested as a kind of freezing, a quiet alertness. As I grew older, I came to understand this sensitivity as clairsentience: an ability to feel emotional and energetic undercurrents, to sense what was unspoken or suppressed.

Growing up in an environment where things did not always feel emotionally safe, I learned to read the room instinctively. I became attuned to subtle shifts, what people carried beneath their words. What once felt like survival eventually revealed itself as a gift: deep pattern recognition and emotional insight that allows me to help others see with greater clarity.

Throughout my life, I have undergone many initiations and profound transformations. There were moments when dissociation would have been the easier path, but instead, I chose to sit with complex emotions, to stay present with grief, fear, loss, and uncertainty. Because I have done this work within myself, I am able to hold space for others in a grounded and regulated way. My presence invites nervous systems to soften and settle.

I create a safe and compassionate container for those navigating grief, identity shifts, ego death, spiritual awakening, or simply the need to be deeply heard. I am only able to do this because I have faced my own trauma and pain with honesty and courage. I believe wholeheartedly that integrating our shadow is essential to living an authentic life. True healing begins not with external circumstances, but with what is happening internally.

Every experience we encounter is a teacher, guiding us back to ourselves. How we meet these lessons is a personal choice. It is only through radical self-honesty, through facing the person in the mirror, that we can become honest in our outer lives. We are magnificent beings, here to fully engage in the full spectrum of existence: joy and sorrow, love and loss, laughter and pain. Life is a dance of opposites, and it is in their coexistence that a sacred middle space is formed, one where all aspects are honored.

I am here to walk beside you, not to fix or heal you, but to hold space as you do your own inner work. This path requires courage, strength, and trust in something greater than the self. I do not heal, rather, I allow a higher intelligence, the same life force energy that flows through all of us, to move through me.

My spiritual journey formally began in high school, when a science teacher, Mr. Ito, introduced me to my birth chart. This moment ignited a lifelong love of astrology and astronomy—the planets, stars, and moon spoke to me in a language that felt deeply familiar. Shortly after, I began working with tarot, initially as a tool for self-reflection rather than for others.

In 2012, a series of synchronicities and recurring angel numbers marked my first spiritual awakening. By 2013, I began studying independently, immersing myself in meditation, chakra systems, tarot and oracle cards, archangels, ascended masters, and both Eastern and Western spiritual traditions and philosophies. This period expanded my consciousness in profound ways.

The past fourteen years have been deeply transformative, an ongoing cycle of death, rebirth, and integration. I view this chapter of my life as both evolutionary and sacred, shaped largely through interpersonal relationships that served as powerful mirrors and teachers. I hold these experiences with reverence, recognizing that none of them were random.

I am profoundly grateful for all that I have lived, as each experience has shaped who I am, and who I continue to become. I remain a student of life, always evolving, always learning.

I offer myself as a guide and mentor, not as an authority or final answer. Working with me is a conscious choice, one rooted in trust, readiness, and self-responsibility. My role is not to lead you away from yourself, but to support you as you reconnect with your own inner knowing.
