You are your own authority. My role is to support your reconnection to inner knowing, not to replace it. This work empowers self-trust, conscious choice, and accountability rather than dependency or external validation.

2. Safety, Privacy & Nervous System Awareness

True transformation requires safety, emotionally, energetically, and relationally. I prioritize regulated presence, respectful pacing, and strict confidentiality. All sessions are held in a private, protected container where your experiences, stories, and process are honored with discretion and care.

3. Embodiment Over Spiritual Bypassing

Spiritual insight must be lived to be meaningful. I value honest self-inquiry, integration, and staying present with complexity over quick answers, predictions, or spiritual escapism.

4. Integrity, Ethics & Clear Boundaries

I work with transparency and ethical responsibility. Sessions are intentional, time-bound, and clearly defined. Tools such as Reiki, oracle, tarot, and 1:1 mentorship sessions are offered as pathways for insight, not as fixes, guarantees, or replacements for personal agency.

5. Shadow Integration & Wholeness

Healing is not about becoming someone new, it is about reclaiming what was fragmented, suppressed, or rejected. By meeting the shadow with compassion, we restore wholeness, authenticity, and inner coherence.
